Tamãrõ is a Gujarati word which literally means "yours". It signifies the relationship that the client has with the Tamãrõ HR manager. The manager is neither a consultant nor outsourced staff. The manager is a part of your team, at your service.
Tamãrõ is a venture of Dhruv Corporate (HR) Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (DCSPL) focusing on helping firms manage their HR function. DCSPL was established in 1999 and offers Strategic HR partnership to clients in India, Africa and Gulf countries.
